Corrections especially welcome — we read everything and we fix what's wrong.
The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. A product that has been discontinued, a size chart that has changed, a league rule we have described wrongly — all of it helps, and all of it gets fixed. How we handle corrections is set out in our editorial policy.
We are also happy to hear gear questions. We cannot always answer them individually, but questions that come up repeatedly become pages, which is how a good chunk of this site got written.
That is the only address for the site, and it reaches Ryder M.directly.
What we cannot help with
- Order and delivery problems. We are a guide, not a retailer — we do not sell anything and we have no visibility of your order. Contact the retailer you bought from.
- Returns or refunds. Same reason. The retailer handles these.
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians. If your kid has pain, see a doctor or physical therapist — that includes the heel pain covered on our Sever’s disease page, which cites sources rather than offering advice.
- Free product placements. We do not accept free products in exchange for coverage. See how we pick.
There is no phone number or address
Cleat & Cone is a national publisher rather than a local business, so there is no storefront to visit and no phone line to call. We would rather say that plainly than list a number that goes nowhere.
